Current Positions Available
C++ Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented software engineer to develop and maintain our award-winning line of legal desktop software. All candidates should have experience working in a team environment, and have excellent personal communication and time management skills. Experience with, or firm understanding of Agile Development and Test Driven Development principles are highly desirable. You must demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and complete projects in a timely manner. Early adopters and big picture thinkers are welcome.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Report directly to VP of Engineering
* Work in a distributed team environment
* Evaluate and report approaches and options for management consideration
* Communicate personal progress towards project milestones
* Participate in technical design, development and implementation new features
* Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using modern approaches
* Automate development processes, such as product builds
* Proactively work to modernize product all areas of product
* Research modern approaches to design, development and deployment systems
* Refactor existing code for modularity and maintenance
* Write technical documentation, proposals, and whitepapers
* Perform QA tasks as needed
* Review and discuss work of team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years experience with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 (VS 2003 and 2005 also helpful, but product is based on VS 6.0)
* Detailed knowledge of Win32 programming, MFC, and Windows GUI programming, including document/view architecture
* Knowledge of MSI, InstallShield, or similar installer technology
* Familiarity with Perforce\CVS\SourceSafe or similar SCM platform in a multi-developer environment
* Experience with data driven wizards helpful
* Experience with any kind of document processing or document formats helpful (RTF, PDF, etc.).
* Strong problem solving skills, including language and text parsing
COMPENSATION:
Base salary and benefits at or above market for your location, depending on experience. Full-time employees enjoy profit sharing bonuses based on personal and company performance.
OTHER INFORMATION:

* Familiarity with Perforce\CVS\SourceSafe or similar SCM platform in a multi-developer environment
* Experience with audio/video files and formats is a plus.
* Understanding of developing consumer-level applications.
* Experience with multimedia software is a plus

Sales Associate
We are looking for a sales associate to help us build the number one online affiliate program in the legal self help category.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support and grow our network of online sales affiliates via Commission Junction and Shareasale.com.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including prospect lists, cold calling / warm calling and follow up.
* Track sales activities via our CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with basic Internet services, such as Search (Google/Yahoo), Intranets, and affiliate programs.
* Strong presentation skills, including proficiency with building and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an Internet savvy, good communicator who is a recent college graduate.
